Measure AI literacy before you decide what to teach.

Give every participant a private, useful result—and give your program team an aggregate baseline across four dimensions. Training priorities can begin with evidence instead of assumptions.

What the baseline delivers

Useful to the participant. Actionable for the organization.

AILAT deliberately separates personal guidance from workforce-level evidence. Individual results stay with the participant; the program team receives an aggregate view.

A private result for every participant

Each person receives an immediate AI Literacy Level, four dimension scores, strengths, growth areas, and personalized learning recommendations.

An aggregate organization report

Named recipients see completion, overall results, level distribution, the four-dimension profile, and privacy-eligible role or department patterns—not individual rows.

Clear learning priorities

The report identifies shared strengths and gaps so your next training plan can focus on the capabilities that need attention first.

Illustrative organization view

A baseline your program team can interpret.

The organization report turns completed assessments into a concise view of participation, literacy levels, dimension results, and shared priorities.

  • See the overall level and score distribution.
  • Identify the strongest and weakest shared dimensions.
  • Compare agreed role or department groups where privacy thresholds are met.
  • Translate the baseline into vendor-neutral learning priorities.

A low-friction rollout

From agreed scope to an organization baseline.

A standard rollout runs in the browser and needs no installation, account directory, or LMS integration.

  1. 01

    Configure the cohort

Agree the launch window, industry context, and up to two reporting fields such as role and department.

  2. 02

    Distribute private activation links

Your team receives organization-bound links and ready-to-forward participant instructions.

  3. 03

    Participants complete the assessment

Each person answers 20 adaptive questions and receives their private result immediately.

  4. 04

    Receive the aggregate report

Designated recipients receive a revocable report link with cohort evidence and learning priorities.

Privacy by design

Measure the cohort without creating an employee leaderboard.

The standard organization flow minimizes direct identity collection and keeps personal outcomes separate from the organization report.

Read about privacy and data handling
No names or email addresses by default
Participants are not asked for direct identifiers in the standard organization assessment.
Personal results stay personal
The participant sees their own report; it is not included in the organization report.
Small groups are protected
Role or department groups are reported only when at least five people complete them, with additional suppression where needed.
Named report recipients
The aggregate report is shared through an expiring, revocable link with the recipients you designate.
Common questions

What program teams usually ask before launch.

Who receives the organization report?

Only the recipient or recipients you designate, typically the program coordinator and the relevant L&D or HR lead.

Can we report by role or department?

Yes. We can configure up to two agreed reporting fields. A group is shown only when the privacy threshold is met.

Can the rollout happen in several batches?

Yes. A baseline program can be released in one cohort or several planned batches within the agreed access period.

Is this designed for employee ranking or legal certification?

No. AILAT supports learning-needs analysis and workforce planning; it is not designed for hiring, promotion, employee ranking, or proving legal compliance on its own.
