AILAT for organizations

See where your workforce is ready for AI—and where learning should begin.

Establish an evidence-led AI literacy baseline across roles and teams. Participants receive private, actionable results; your program team receives a privacy-safe organization view built for training decisions.

No dashboard project or systems integration is required for a standard rollout.

What you receive

One baseline. Two deliberately different views.

The participant needs personal guidance. The organization needs a defensible picture of shared capability. AILAT keeps those outputs separate.

A useful result for every participant

Each person receives an immediate private report with an overall level, four dimension scores, strengths, growth areas, and learning recommendations.

A decision brief for the program team

The organization report shows completion, the overall score and level distribution, the four-dimension profile, and privacy-eligible role or department differences.

Priorities your learning plan can use

The report identifies the strongest and weakest shared dimensions and turns the baseline into a short list of vendor-neutral learning priorities.

A low-friction rollout

From agreed scope to usable evidence in four steps.

A standard rollout runs in the browser and can be released in one cohort or several planned batches under the same baseline program.

Employees do not need to buy an assessment or create an account. Their organization-issued link starts the participant flow.

  1. 01

    Configure the cohort

Agree the launch window, industry context, and up to two reporting fields such as role and department. Categories are selected with your team before launch.

  2. 02

    Distribute private activation links

We generate organization-bound links for your participant count. Your team distributes them; no installation, account directory, or LMS integration is required.

  3. 03

    Complete the assessment

Participants activate once, choose the configured reporting categories, and complete 20 questions in about 20 minutes. Progress can be resumed privately.

  4. 04

    Receive the aggregate report

Named recipients receive a revocable report link. The report contains cohort evidence and learning priorities—not a list of individual scores.

Privacy by design

Track participation without turning the report into an employee leaderboard.

The standard enterprise flow minimizes identity collection and separates link administration from personal assessment access.

No individual rowsNo names by defaultSmall groups protected
Participant identity
No name or email is requested in the standard enterprise assessment.
Link distribution
Your team may map link references to employees internally; that mapping is not shared with AILAT.
Personal result
Visible to the participant through their private session, not included in the organization report.
Cohort reporting
Groups below 5 completions are withheld or safely folded to limit singling out.
Report access
Shared only with designated recipients through an expiring, revocable link.
What the report can answer

A clear baseline for the decisions L&D actually has to make.

  • How much of the invited cohort completed the assessment?
  • Which AI literacy dimensions are strongest and weakest overall?
  • How is the cohort distributed across five literacy levels?
  • Where do privacy-eligible roles or departments differ?
  • Which shared learning priorities should come first?

Appropriate uses

Learning needs analysis, cohort planning, responsible-use programmes, and pre-training baselines.

Not designed for

Hiring, promotion, employee ranking, formal certification, or proving legal compliance on its own.

Baseline, then reassess when it serves a decision

A later wave can establish a new post-learning snapshot. Each wave should be interpreted in context; AILAT does not present a second score as proof that training alone caused the change.

Plan your baseline

Measure first. Build the learning plan from evidence.

Tell us your approximate headcount, launch timing, and the role or department groups that matter. We will propose a practical rollout.
